No isn't this the truth the really dangerous people are not being targeted.
Remember the HIV out break it was illegal to even ask someone if they had tested positive! I was an ER nurse during this time and at risk but never allowed to ask, a positive person had rights. Positive to a dodgy covid 19 test and you have all rights removed!
