When you file a lawsuit in the in federal court in Atlanta (Northern District of GA), the filing would promptly give you a civil action number and a random judge assignment.

Now there is a 48-hour delay before you receive the case number and assigned judge.

Why???

In my case against the State Bar of Georgia Disciplinary Committee, I learned today that the case has been assigned to Judge Timothy Batten.

Of the 3 prior 2020 election related cases filed in Georgia, Judge Batten was the judge in 2 of them which he dismissed for “lack of standing.” Judge Steven Grimberg tossed the other case out also for “lack of standing.” No decision was ever rendered on the merits of those cases.

Wow. What are the odds that a computer would randomly select Judge Batten in 3 out of the 4 election related cases?

There are 15 judges on the Northern District Court bench.

Connect the dots.
