Note that it says 'No business ... has the right to refuse accommodation ... to anyone for NOT wearing a mask ON THE FALSE PREMISE THAT THEY ARE A PRIVATELY OWNED ... >>>> It has nothing to do with refusing service DUE TO LOCAL MANDATES (which aren't legal anyway).
