I believe this....the cabal/black robes introduced drugs, alcohol, "religion" to acquire the native children (primarily) and young women... slaughtered the men. The true tribal leader must step up and take their place... the Medicine Man/Medicine Woman/Shaman must also reveal themselves and bring the clans back together in Spirit (wherever they are physically located is irrevelent). Where there is tribe, find out if Order of Jesuits/Black Robes have a history there... are they still there under a different guise or underground?
