We are moving into a #5D Higher consciousness now and that means that our emotions are getting stronger which is necessary for our evolution. We cannot hide our emotions any longer and expect to ascend. ascension IS honesty....

ALLOW what you are feeling to rise to the surface and ALLOW its full expression. If you stifle it in any way, it goes back inside and remains unresolved. Let it out, yell if you have to but be with that emotion and hear it's message for you, see the lesson, see the origin in past trauma and innerstand that we need healing, love and affection - from ourselves to ourselves... hold yourself, love yourself, be there for yourself, cry... cry... cry...until you feel relief. Your Angels are always with you, because they ARE you 💙
