@sabrinagal Any ideas ok how to fix my shoulder? I hyperextended it and have burstitis bad! Already taking tumeric and vitamin c.

I use CBD balm which tends to help with pain. A friend just recommended Arnica. Says it works wonders... Boiron Arnicare Gel 4.1 ounce Topical Gel. Hope that helps!!!
