I have thought/prayed long and hard about this. I keep thinking about how the military was charged with distribution.
I hope they did a bait and switch prior to releasing it to those who distribute to the public.

Its possible. I dont understand why you would still have deaths and injuries though if they switched it for something safe?

Yeah... that's the hole in the logic that I can't put together. So far, it seems as if the deaths/injuries have been minimal, so maybe they diluted it somehow?
