According to this story, he is not "fully" vaccinated. He had the first, but not the second. Planning to re-schedule the visit. I don't know if that is fact or not, but that is what this article says.

I'm sure his decision is solely based on him being a considerate and polite person.....and has nothing to do with the fact that the non-vaccine is an experimental drug that will potentially cause him neuroligical problems, immune disorders, and/or death.
