I think the SEC lawsuit is BS. And silly based on previous precedents. lets say they pull off a hat trick and sec wins.
i think this is worse case scenario for xrp.
but with that being said, that still leaves 1.3 quadrillion is still needed to be xferred and xrp is positioned perfectly.
