Biden will be sworn in as the president of 10 city blocks in DC (give or take). After the updated Declaration of Independence (see Pompeo's yesterday reference on Twitter), Washington DC drops out to be a fully independent country, vassal of the City of London and the Vatican.

Washington DC has no power over the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America. That is on the geopolitical side. The economic is also prepped and ready for a flip switch. It is why the stock market has been hitting records.

Essentially President Trump resigned from the lead of the USA Corporation. He is still the President of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America with the Military in secondary charge.

This is why the Major General of the National Guard said on ABC the other day: "peaceful transition to military power" for DC. They intend to integrate DC into the new Republic.
