Who doesn't have a SPAC these days? Read the news. Look what's happening.
If the stock market was about to crash, you may try to manipulate investors through SPACs.
Some of these well known, high-net worth individuals are raising outside money through others for the purpose of potentially acquiring a company within 24 months.
If they don't acquire a company, the money has to be returned to the investors.
Sounds like an easy way to use your name to raise hundreds of millions of dollars and have a two year runway to steal it and disappear.
Not saying that is what's happening, but it could happen if the "tick tock" is almost here.
