I've seen where fetal cells are used to create the flavor. Disgustingly enough, they test the artificial flavors on the fetal cells to see if it tricks the brain into tasting a flavor that is not there.
But I have not seen any evidence that they are actually "IN" the food, just in the process of creating it.
Let me know if you have info stating otherwise but I have not come across any.
