i started reading this at 4am until my eyes were blurry. what a bunch of dirty thieves! no wonder Nancy used the 'you have to pass it to find out what's in it' excuse for Obamacare. Congress has a long tradition of doing that when they Know something would never pass otherwise & everyone goes along with it.
lots of people give Rand Paul crap for voting against a bill but he may be the one who have tried to save us over & over.

Now these actions could be taken during time of war or ➡️ "during any other period of national emergency declared by the President."⬅️
