60 year plan in the making.

This is no criticism. Im just wondering why the plan took 60 years to activate? Was there cosmic reasons for this? It just seems like during those 60 years they got a deeper foot hold, more dark ones were able to infiltrate and program the masses even more and their AI got more fine tuned like nano bots being sprayed and ingested to cause more illness.
