Wish there was sound with the clips. Hard to tell whats really going on. It's against the law and the Patient Bill of Rights to force any type of medical treatment. Having said that, if these people are mentally incapacitated and have others who are their MPOA (medical power of attorny), they could have given the OK for the vaccine. I have had dementia patients that fight when you try to feed them or take them to the bathroom. Having said that, as an RN, I will NEVER give the Covid vax to anyone, ever. My employer is aware.
