Each windmill blade is the size of a whale. These old or damaged blades have been cut into huge chunks to be buried. The do not degrade. Ever. This disposal is not ecologically sound or green. #recycling #windpower #windmills #RenewableEnergy

I didn't realize. One would think they could at least be recycled and made into something more useful. Not that I'm an engineer or scientist but, that's a lot of waste being buring in the ground that doesn't degrade.
