Yes. Unfortunately, it is because today's 3-year-olds are planned to be fully plugged into the system, and will have no reservations about jabbing a microchip implanted and no privacy.
Every generation has been conditioned to be more willing, and looking at how the conditioning has ramped up, it is scary what the next generation are meant to experience by the deep state.
