PROOF: Look at El Paso Texas this week ..They have zero rolling blackouts & have an effective grid that they joined nationally...They decided against the ERCOT deal & are still running 100%...So what we have is El Paso with a national grid that is winterized up north, supplying their electricity while the rest of Texas is passing blame...This will get real toasty when it hits the floor in Austin...The Texas legislature has passed the buck on us all...Now you know...Are ya mad bro?
