After the pandemic parents brought children to school with all kinds of delays. I taught Georgia Pre-K. I have a Georgia teaching certificate and BA with a specialist in reading. last year I had three kids out of 20 that were pooping in their pullups. They wore diapers to school. We thought at first the they didn't change them from their nigh time pullups but no they weren't potty trained. I asked my supervisor and she said there was not a rule anymore and kids could come to school without being potty trained. I had one parent get mad when I told them it was difficult to clean his daughter and should I call him if this should occur again. (She kept sitting in her mess and it was all up in there) He got mad and complained. We could barely do our jobs with all the nonsense. I quit. I gave them two weeks and walked out.
