Praise God! I woke up this morning with NO NECK PAIN! I still sleep sitting up, but to have no pain for the first time in months is amazing. Doctor said 4-6 weeks for the nerves to heal after the ablation. I'm feeling so much better. Now to address the bulging disk L5S1 and the sciatica....
