Instead of stealing billions of dollars and giving illegal aliens expensive hotel rooms, debit cards, free medical care, how about governors of states start taking care of their citizens. Spend a billion of that stolen money and build a community of tiny homes. Have the homeless people help with the building, putting in sweat equity. Then hire some of the residents to maintain the area, encourage the community to help. High School students could learn construction by helping to build the basic tiny homes. Then add some help getting the residents jobs, form a group of volunteers to help. 😊
