All the Laws in the world do not have ANY effect on LEGAL. Our courts operate within a framework of “legality” and LEGALESE. See Jordan Maxwells comments.
Furthermore, our CON-Gress, both State and National, do NOT follow true Parliamentary Procedures. I believe Robert’s Rules of Order demand that ALL Amendments MUST have Direct Effect upon the main Bill. Pork amendments do not belong connected to any Bill.
