Who all has had this happen in their area recently? It was close to home for me two weeks ago, then I saw a Florida headline pop up so I did a rather quick search and found this specific “mistake” happening in more than one state:

The tanker drivers are the ones who fill their tanks. They go directly to the ports where the containers of fuel are. CLEARLY marked. Diesel is 1993 and unleaded gas is 1203. They have to have the placards on their rigs on 4 sides. Kind of hard to mistake which one is which, unless it was done at the port where the giant containers are. Sounds like some people did this on purpose.

Our trucks fuel at a local yard just NE of Denver. Two weeks later we still cannot get a full list of Denver-area gas stations that were affected. Not only are things clearly marked as you stated, but now for whatever reason someone in charge is throwing hands up like a total retard, expecting us to believe there are no logs, no bills, no driver assignment schedules, and absolutely no way to even confirm what all gas stations need to purge their underground storage supply in order to prevent the problem from instantly stranding a lot more gas-powered vehicles?

The NTSB needs to look at this stuff as terrorism if it is so badly mishandled. Especially if it starts happening anywhere from smaller towns (where travelers make pit stops and incidents can be chalked up to a car breaking down and goes unnoticed) all the way up to very large cities (where things can grind to a halt). We are currently at least at a rate of two states per month from what I can see.
