The full "Epstien Files" are so bad, so horrific, so utterly unimaginable the Crimes Committed Against Children, Women and all Humanity, their full release would result in a collapse of civilization, IMO.

So the Military will release just enough horrific truth and details to UNITE HUMANITY without taking Civilization un-recoverably over the edge.
That said,
the "limited" release will still put many in the hospital in SHOCK, and some People won't survive the coming revelations that shatter their perception of our World,
but at least Human Civilization shall remain intact.

Releasing the info won't cause mayhem, suicides, psychosis, billions to die etc, etc.
It'll be a talking point for a few days, then, meh.
Top brass don't understand the apathy of the public.
So just release all the info and get on with it so that life can resume, minus all the pedos and elites.
I'm sure we'll all manage adequately without pop and film stars, monarchies, politicians, big banks and big corporations.
New non-pedo actors and singers will emerge, new small businesses will start up, new forms of governance will arise, hopefully on a smaller more regional scale.
We'll all be just fine after a little period of adjustment.

I'm in UK. We hear about horrific stuff done to children all the time, for instance, we have a horrific grooming a d r*pe gang problem here which is well documented and discussed. Some of the groomed kids being branded with a hot iron with the letter M, tongues nailed to tables, one child was chopped up, added to kebab meat and sold to the public. Kids passed around to maybe 20 or so pedos a night. Survivors talk about these horrors.
We know all this, but after a little outcry, it's back to apathy and ... meh.
Our gov literally told us that a million kids have been groomed. We know gov lie, so it's probably 3 million or more, but still, no riots, no mass suicides, no psychosis.
I myself would love to see people swing for this, but like I say, nothing happens.
