Exploding Trees? 😮 In extreme cold some trees seem to explode and sound like gunshots when they do. Trees do not literally explode like bombs in the cold, but they can experience a phenomenon known as "frost cracking" or "cold splitting" that produces a loud, explosive sound.

Just imagine you’re hugging a tree in the winter in the middle of the woods or anywhere and the freaking thing exploded💥💥 ❗️🤦🏻♀️😁😁I guess I will not be hugging trees in the winter 😁
