Seriously ask yourself if it is the taste people really (are addicted to and) want or is it the False Assumption that if something comes from a Sentient Animal's body it's going to be better for the one consuming it, and that makes it OK to continue to Breed, Bleed, and Butcher other living being.

The fact of the matter is Humans Do Not need any animal derived substance to maintain a perfectly healthy body, therefore health is No excuse, and as many tests have proved the Taste Issue is/has already been solved.
