Re. silver. According to the "Asian guy":
1 - China is limiting exportations.
2 - Banks sold "paper silver" without having the physical silver to cover their sales.
3 - People want their physical silver which they cannot get from those banks.
4 - It would take 5 years of mining to get the 9 billion ounces required by the banks.
5 - And of course as said in your notes from the video, banks don't have the money to buy back their "paper silver".
Banks are screwed.

When I heard him say "NWO" I intuitively knew he was asked to say it by the WH, as I posted yesterday on Telegram. 👏👏
