WOW. New investigation reveals that employees of Chicago owe the city more than $23 MILLION in unpaid debt.
This debt includes:
-$312k owed by the Dept. of Water Management
-$364k owed by the Dept. of Street and Sanitation
-$202k owed by Chicago Dept. of Transportation
-$10 MILLION owed by Chicago Board of Education
-$9 MILLION owed by Chicago Transit Authority
It just keeps getting worse and worse
