Update on the Alpha Lipoic Acid
Doc took my blood pressure yesterday. I haven't heard this in many many years, but my blood pressure was
114 over 69, yesterday
Previous to that was 135 over 81, 1 month ago
and Previous to the Alpha Lipoic Acid was 170 over 91 (best I can recall) (near stroke levels) 2 months ago
My Doc is now recommending this to all her patients she proudly proclaimed!!!
Well fancy that, she listened!!! 😉

I bought a broccoli cheese soup at our co-op the other night. I thought it was homemade. I drank it and began having heart palpitations. It lasted for 4 hours.
Obviously something was in that soup!
I'm going back to tell them we should know the ingredients. I'm very sensitive to additives because I detoxed from them 40 years ago. I immediately react to unwanted hidden junk in processed products. I don't do processed products. When I DO processed products my body reacts because I am sensitive to All unnatural additives.
On the label it might read,
"Natural Flavorings", I leave it on the shelf. We don't know what is hidden behind those Misrepresenting Words because FDA allows a lot of junk in processed products calling it "GRAS"...
"Generally Recognized As Safe".
WHAT The Heck Is That Supposed To Mean?
It means, "buyer beware, buyer purchase this product at your own risk."
