Yes, and those corporations turn many of these homes into STR's ( short term rentals) which are disruptive to nice family residential areas. Then neighborhood home values go down because no one wants to buy homes in neighborhoods that are dotted with STR's. Visitors come and go, noise increases, and in some regions fire and wildlife safety is not practiced by these temporary visitors. 🙄
