Maduro will testify that globalist elite Oil-igarchs rigged Venezuela's election to install a dictator, put that dictator in a mansion and shoved a billion dollars into his bank account so the Oil-igarchs could pull TRILLIONS of dollars worth of natural resources out of Venezuela without having to share that wealth with the Venezuelan citizens.
And those globalist Oil-igarchs rigged the 2020 election to remove President Trump.
