Well first of all Trump doesn't need Congressional approval if he briefs them within 48 hours after introducing the military into hostilities as provided for in the War Powers Resolution. The other thing to note is that the man who dropped 26,171 bombs on six countries was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize and the man who stopped 8 existing wars was not. Just sayin
