In response Billy Middlebrooks to his Publication
Wait til it really sinks in that wages and salaries people have received in exchange for their labor (ie; most "jobs" ) has NEVER been subject to IRS defined "income tax"... "income", by the IRS's own technical definition, being *profit* derived from *businesses and investments*.
"Taxes" wage and salary earners have paid have ALWAYS been voluntary.
As it turns out all one had to do was check the box that said "exempt" on their job 1040 registration form resulting in no "income tax" being withheld from their paychecks and then simply never filled out or sent in another 1040 return.
