The money laundering operation in Africa is taking longer than House of Saud thought (because we now know they take the aid and turn it into funding for the islamic invasion of the West), so, they are keeping the Ukraine operation going longer...
They need to just take Zelensky out.
House of Saud will throw him under the bus when their African operation is ready, but, if he is removed prior, Saud will be scrambling to find a replacement for the interim, their operation will be thrown into confusion- and that is when it can be broken open.
