They can’t! That makes this a volatile issue, I recently rewatched Margin Call with Jeremy Irons. The pain is severe for them. Tried to tell my wealthy tech lord son about the end of fiat. He didn’t understand because he has stocks not cash. I feel sorry for him because tomorrow he will be shocked.
