My #1 goal has been getting rid of processed foods. Condiments are the hardest. You have to make your own or go without. Or compromise with the healthiest like Primal Kitchen. Currently doing that as I don’t want to go without, and making my own seems wasteful when it’s just me and I won’t use it all before it goes bad.
