Dude told the truth and they all knew it. Everybody has known but nothing has happened. It is 100% unconstitutional abd always has been. The Bill originated in the Senate. All Revenue raising bills must originate in the house. Chief InJustice Roberts took off his Robe and legislated from the bench to make it fit that requirement, which is itself unconstitutional. Nobody voted him to rewrite law. Its his job to rule on the constitutionality of a bill or law, not rewrite it to make it fit without going through the proper legislative process.
