Amen to that. Staying physically fit has to be a priority, just like eating, brushing your teeth and bathing. There are so many really good circuit training exercises routines that take only 15- 30 minutes a day. Each exercise is 30 seconds. Getting and keeping core strength is essential, especially when you get older. You don't need a gym either, just a commitment and a mat, maybe some hand weights. 💪
