This is when evil took over America, and the BAR Association was saying the Truth doesn't matter anymore. The Bible and prayer were being taken out of school, religious rights were being trampled upon, opening the door to legalize pornography and other immoralities. To be President or a congressman at the beginning of this nation, men had to be extremely honest. Jesus is the Truth. Men had to prove they knew the Bible and told the absolute truth. George Washington could not tell a lie or be hanged! As a Liar. To be called a liar ruins your name and reputation. No one would have anything to do with you after just 1 lie!
