Intentionally altering or creating a photo of someone which is sexually explicit and circulates on the internet must be met with heavy consequences, or it will continue. It's so embarrasing to see this culture of normalizing and dismissing inappropriate behavior. Start punishing parents with at least community service would be one effective tool should their kids harm someone else.
