I hope so, on both reasons, I have friends who are effected by this flood. Thankfully I dont live in those areas. I do hope it allows military to come in but I dont like the thought WH's did it.....:(

Yep we have family members and friends that live there too so it's really bad we're hearing it first hand and watching the videos being posted how complete roads are being washed out and tons of buildings being completely underwater

Yup, major roads washed away. at least three Highways closed, lots of house floating down rivers and trees . More to come, winds pick up tonight and more rain on the way.

Yep just heard that and looks like you're going to also get high winds, more storms and just had a a couple earthquakes.
