New Jersey got rid of President Trump’s wonderful, Alina Habba,
who was Acting U.S. Attorney & Special Attorney to the USAG.

Following the flawed Third Circuit decision disqualifying
Alina Habba from performing her duties in the US NJ AG’s office
I am saddened to accept Alina’s resignation…

I will continue to serve the DoJ as the Senior Advisor
for the AG for U.S. Attorneys.
Make no mistake, you can take the girl out of New Jersey,
but you cannot take New Jersey out of the girl (!)

We have about 7-U.S. Attorneys
who are not going to be able to keep their jobs much longer
because of the Blue Slip.

I want to be able to appoint great, the most highly educated,
the most respected people, they can’t keep their jobs
because of the Blue Slips. Terrible 💥
