Rep. Luna has a discharge petition to ban insider trading. Both Democrats and Republicans involved in stock trading get an average 600% return outperforming the S&P. Is this the reason ~50% of Congress are millionaires COMPARED to the general population at ~8.8%.
It is illegal but they still do it because it's only a $200 fine.
