Amy Hicks, 39, was arrested for income tax evasion, possession of child sexual abuse material, pandering, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, distribution of child sexual abuse material, and keeping a place of prostitution.
According to the mayor's office, Hicks is an accountant in the finance department for the city.
"She has been placed on administrative leave and is afforded due process rights per her collective bargaining agreement," Ewing's office said.
Douglas Johnson, 54, was arrested for possession of child sexual abuse material, pandering, and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking.
Scott Nelson, 52, was arrested for possession of child sexual abuse material, pandering, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, and manufacturing child sexual abuse material.
