Binh Van To, a criminal illegal alien from Vietnam, was arrested yesterday as a part of Operation Catahoula Crunch in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was sentenced to 40-years for aggravated kidnapping, sexual assault with a deadly weapon, and aggravated robbery — and then RELEASED on PAROLE.
