Yes that would be good but it is not sinful since Jesus said kill and eat and abolished the sacrifices. Itβs not a simple answer except for those who have that heart for animals. I have been vegetarian and vegan for many years but as I age and lose muscle and energy wanes I switched to eating some small amounts of meat for protein and strengthening.

Well I get where your coming from but please keep in mind.
The dead animals = protein is inaccurate, a false claim made to promote certain agendas, we know how the negative like to do get every one addicted to certain foods etc.
And with so many bibles and so many miss interpretation of them, to sever whoever for whatever reason they want people to believe something, should be kept in mind also.
And it's written in parables, not to be taken literally.
Animals, Big strong animals get All their protein from vegetation. Fruit, with it's natural sugars is particularly good for Humans for the perfect energy source 'cos the sugars in fruit are all converted to energy, leaving little to no wastage.
I'm 65 next month, have not eaten animals for nrly 50yrs, I eat lots of organic veg + some seeds/nuts & grains (fruit is not so available this time of yr in the UK, especially organic).
The only down side to lots of veg I can think of is its starchy, with lots of fiber.

Thank you sky, I do consider all of this yet the long term vegetarian diet has not made me feel strong. I do regular exercise for decades. Still losing too much muscle. I do not ask doctors to help since they donβt. It is wonderful that your diet supports you so well.ποΈπβ₯οΈ

Many people tried to tell me dogs Need dead animals in their diet to be healthy.
And my dog was on a typical-ish dog diet to start with (I did add some veg ie big chucks of cucumber for teeth & digestion) however she was not doing to well I noticed aged about 7-8yrs, vet said she was a bit arthritic etc (I did not buy the product they suggested) I started to tweaking her diet instead and noticed the more vegan/holistic it was the healthier she became. She'll be 14 in spring, is full vegan + holistic supplements (never vaxed etc) and shows no arthritic signs all, she has a bit of fogging on the eyes but sights is still fine, teeth r good, hearings good, and she's active still. and has out lived dogs that were the same age as her that eat meat.

Iβm 75, 10 years older than you and this started for me when I was 73, has progressed. Trying to get stronger is a challenge because itβs too easy to injure myself with overexertion. This is our last home, moved 10 years ago. Itβs hilly and at first I ran all over the hills, then hips were inflamed and sore all the time, now walking on flat land itβs better. Anyway, keep track of changes.

It has brought to my mind what I went through starting Bk in 2012ish. When suddenly it seemed I got a load of joint issues: knees, hips, elbows even wrists lasted about a yr, then they slowly subsided over the following few yrs (I instinctively did Not consult anyone about them), I recall clearly times when I'd be attempting to walk my young dog; but was was in tears with painful aching upper leg muscles, struggling to put one foot in front of the otherπ₯.
But looking bk now, the only reason I can find for it all; was that my body was Adjusting (at a cellular level) to the changing Frequencies etc, where We are moving from carbon based structure (or what ever it's correctly called) to a Crystalline structure.
So fingers crossed, there is a good chance you may find some health improvements.
And how do we know what's really in-store for us individually.?
