I think "High Cholesterol" is a Phyop that's been going on for a very long time.
I was born in '61 and for my entire childhood I was bombarded with the claim that cholesterol is bad for you.
In reality, people with low protein levels and high sugar levels in their blood are more susceptible to suggestion therefore easier to be manipulated.
Getting people to believe that cholesterol was bad for you got people to buy hollow plastic eggs and fill them with candy for Easter egg hunts, thereby increasing blood sugar and decreasing blood protein levels.
Make a long story short, children grew up to be overweight and more likely to be put on life long prescription drugs.
RFK Jr. is in the process of reverting back to a more healthy lifestyle of eating properly.
