Substances can only alleviate symptoms of natural biological regulation processes.
Substances do not heal anything.
The body is capable of healing itself.

Well, I am living proof that Celery does help the body heal itself. My pancreas went rock solid hard back in 2020-early 2021. Very very painful. My doc wanted me to go down to the hospital and have it removed immediately. I was stubborn and looked it up online and found celery. I have been taking it ever since and I have my pancreas still and I completely befuddled my doctor.

Also, I have painful neuropathy and retinopathy, went completely blind over 6 years ago. Had both my retinas detached again via surgery but I am blind in one eye. I was also have painful Achilles heels that were bursting. Had docs look at them and not one of them told me what I could take to help. I looked it up and found Alpha Lipoic acid. Took this and all the pain was gone within 3 days. Not to mention the other help of the ALA, I have also brought my 179 over 91 blood pressure down to a 135 over 84 in 1 month, lost 6 pounds and my doc again is now recommending it to others.

Did the Alpha Lipoic acid eliminate your neuropathy? My mom suffers from neuropathy in her feet. It has really impeded her in the past 3 years. She has tried different things but nothing has helped yet.

I started taking the Magnesium, then eventually that was not enough, so I added in Potassium and that helped for awhile. Then I looked up and found that Alpha Lipoic Acid reverses neuropathy. I have been on it for over a month and the pain is gone, and the pain was because I kept bursting the tendons in my heels often. Foot doc couldn't even tell me what I could help with that. But the ALA stopped it completely in 3 days, muscles are doing better, leg cramps and foot cramps gone, lost 6 pounds in a month, which the ALA helps diabetics with weight loss, and helps with brain function as well as the heart with the blood pressure. I was as the Doc said, about to stroke out, she wanted to put me on another statin, and I was refusing it. It even brought down my Cholesterol that the Doc called bad as it was over 200 and I got it down to 179, she said still too high, but it was indeed an improvement! Win win and she is now recommending this to her other patients!

Hello Kris. Just want to let you know that cholesterol is not an issue. Statin drugs are dangerous. It is now known that statin drugs cause dementia. Your brain is made of mostly cholesterol and every cell in your body needs cholesterol.

Yes, I told my Doc I don't care about the cholesterol. But I am on a statin for the high blood pressure, but if things remain good with the Alpha Lipoic acid, I might be able to come down off that too! I am hopeful!

usually people on it end up having to go on more and more, so let's hope this Alpha lipoic is what helps!

My husband and I had that conversation with His Dr. We told him about studies concerning statins and refused them. He changed his stance when he found us to be educated on the safety and efficacy of Dr. prescribing them, knowing that there is no correlation between heart disease and cholesterol.

If only I could convince my doc, but now perhaps with the ALA I might be able to! It helps with heart health.
