I have just experienced this dilemma. I am sick (hardly ever sick am I). I spoke with my doctor and he told me to come down to the office and they would come out to my car and swab me to see if I have COVID. I thanked him and said I would not do that. I have a sore throat, no fever and I am NOT going to have that poison entered into my very healthy immune system. So I am taking care of myself, letting my Lord and my immune system partner to heal me.

I always add a squirt of colloidal silver and iodine to my warm salt water to gargle for sore throat.
And if you can manage .. actually snorting the solution up though each nostril (one at a time) and out your mouth is a highly effective way to clear the entire nasal passage where seasonal infections often start.
