We gave up all soda about 12 years ago. Not only is it corrosive, it makes the body acidic. Acidic bodies are more prone to illness especially cancer. Soda is also addictive. Many people have to have their cokes, Pepsi, etc. The worst is "diet" soda!

Yes, I cut out all sodas about 10 years ago and all manufactured baked-goods about 5 years ago. All because of an allergic reaction to food dyes. Over that period of time, I also lost (without intention) 40 lbs. It was a win-win bonus.

If more people would get off the processed food merry-go-round, the impact on our country would be ENORMOUS! Better personal health would drop health care costs dramatically, and the need for big pharma prescriptions.
